Otto Machhammer
The educational background is broad:From
electrical engineering at the Höhere Technische Bundesanstalt Kapfenberg over petroleum engineering.
metallurgy and
mining at the Montanistische Hochschule Leoben (both in Austria) to
mechanical engineering and
chemical process engineering at the RWTH Aachen. My doctoral thesis on the topic "Liquid membrane technology" received an award.
In addition, I went through the entire
BASF internal training. On top of subject-specific topics, this also encompassed aspects of
safety technology,
leading a discussion, and
Human Resources Management.
